Cancellation Policy
đź”” Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
đźš« No-Shows
• Clients who no-show without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
đź’ł Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients. This deposit will go toward your total but is forfeited in the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
⏱ Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
• Clients who are 15+ minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
